Joyzel – Return & Replacement Policy

At Joyzel, we are committed to delivering high-quality products for your little ones. If something doesn’t meet expectations, we’ve got you covered under the conditions below.

1. Replacement Eligibility

We offer a 10-day replacement policy from the date of delivery. You are eligible for a replacement only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered)

2. Conditions for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact

  • You must provide clear proof (images/video) of the issue

3. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept returns or replacements for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Minor color or design variations (due to lighting/screen differences)

  • Improper use or mishandling of the product

  • Requests made after 10 days of delivery

4. Replacement Process

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 10 days of delivery

  2. Share your order ID and clear photos/videos of the issue

  3. Our team will verify the request within 24–48 hours

  4. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost

5. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds

  • Only product replacements are provided for eligible cases

6. Important Note

Joyzel reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the above conditions or appears fraudulent.
